Welcome to my personal page! My name is Denis Olegovich Rynkov. I am 41 years old; I live and work in Moscow. Here you will find a short, practical overview of what I do.

My main track is IT: deep experience in 1C, enterprise delivery, architecture, and open-source tools for development teams. Psychology, coaching, and bodywork started as personal interests and grew into a second professional track. Each field has its own format and site section — not one “universal service for everything”.

I work for results, own the quality, and do not compete on dumping prices — craft and responsibility without compromise. Open to collaboration: use Contact in the header or write on Telegram.

In short: family man, two kids, purple belt in BJJ. Reliable at work; in life — very upbeat and positive, in every sense. Details by direction are in the cards below.
